Villa Remvi is a three level villa built on the top of a hill, just 600m from the sea, offering an amazing view of the sea, the Thodorou islet and the lower Stalos Village. Lower Stalos is a waterfront touristic village that is located 8 km away from the city of Chania. It is made-up by a long, endless, sandy, awarded a blue flag beach and a very lively waterfront with numerous cafes, restaurants, taverns and bars located along the seaside road.
The name of the villa is not accidental. Remvi means reverie…You can seat on the garden furniture on the verandas or on the beach chairs around the private pool and be lost in your thought. The area is peaceful and the view majestic. In the garden there are a barbecue and a traditional stone oven, where you can cook delicious dishes.
The villa has two entrances; one on the first level and one on the third level. The first level consists of a spacious dining room with an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom and an utility room. One more double bed is found on a mezzanine floor. A spiral staircase leads to the second level where one more double bedroom is found. The living room with the fireplace is on the third level. A bathroom and a veranda complete this level. Few stairs lead from this level to a mezzanine floor with a double bed and a bathroom.
Villa Remvi is located in a peaceful area close to the picturesque city of Chania and to the popular resorts of Agia Marina and Platanias. It is built 600m from the sea and 60m over the sea surface, so it offers a beautiful sea and village view.
Covid-19 policy update
On Monday 13/04/2020, Greek Government Gazette published a new regulation (ΦΕΚ 84/Α/13-4-2020, Article 70) to help Greek tourism businesses (hotels and travel agencies) to avoid bankruptcy, due to the unprecedented number of cancellations caused by the pandemic.
The regulation allows these businesses to reimburse customers with 18-month vouchers instead of cash refunds, if these businesses are obliged, based on their policy, to refund any amount that the customers have paid in advanced. The regulation is valid for cancellations made between 25/02/2020 to 30/09/2020.
Holidaymakers will not lose their money and will have the chance to use their booking towards another holiday at a future date with the same business. If, for any reason, customers will not use the voucher within 18 months, businesses will be required to refund the initial amount of the bookings to the customers.
