Gianna Villa is a stone built villa, located in the most traditional and wild area of Chania Prefecture. The view of the majestic White Mountains – Lefka Ori in greek - is breathtaking. At sunset, while the sun drops behind the mountains, the sky is painted red and the colors of the beautiful landscape are fading. The area is ideal for relaxation as you won't hear any of the sounds of the city. Moreover the spot is a perfect starting point for excursions as the villa is situated near the road that leads to Imbros Gorge and Sfakia area, near Georgioupolis with the long sandy beach and in the middle of the Chania – Rethymno distance.

The guests of the villa can consume any product of the field they like. The private pool is 40sq.m. and has a wonderful view, as every part of the garden. Next to the pool there is a shady area for those who cannot stand the heat and the sun of the Cretan summer. A barbecue and a traditional stone oven are found outside the villa, next to the vineyard. Garden furniture is found in many places of the garden. A small chapel completes the idyllic atmosphere.

Covid-19 policy update
On Monday 13/04/2020, Greek Government Gazette published a new regulation (ΦΕΚ 84/Α/13-4-2020, Article 70) to help Greek tourism businesses (hotels and travel agencies) to avoid bankruptcy, due to the unprecedented number of cancellations caused by the pandemic.
The regulation allows these businesses to reimburse customers with 18-month vouchers instead of cash refunds, if these businesses are obliged, based on their policy, to refund any amount that the customers have paid in advanced. The regulation is valid for cancellations made between 25/02/2020 to 30/09/2020.
Holidaymakers will not lose their money and will have the chance to use their booking towards another holiday at a future date with the same business. If, for any reason, customers will not use the voucher within 18 months, businesses will be required to refund the initial amount of the bookings to the customers.
