Enid Villa is one of Fisaeri Villas, a complex of 2 attached but independent villas. The villas are located in a peaceful area close to Vamos Village. They offer an amazing view over the sea and Almirida village. The beach of Almirida is organized and shallow, ideal for families and watersports lovers. Vamos and Gavalochori villages are samples of Cretan architecture, as the old houses have been renovated with respect to the tradition. Douliana is a peaceful, picturesque, tiny village located 1.3km away from the villa; you will find there a traditional coffee shop (kafenion) and two taverns.
The two villas are built in a 4.500 sq.m. fenced property. Although the villas are attached, great care has been given in the privacy of the tenants; high trees and fences protect the outdoor areas from prying eyes.
Enid Villa has a big outdoor area; in front of the villa there is the big infinity pool and sun loungers where you can relax enjoying the view. There is also a lounge area under a pergola next to the pool, while one more pergola offers its shade at the bbq and the outdoor dining set.
The villa has 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area, the kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom are found on the ground floor. There are many exits to the garden. The other two bedrooms – one double and one twin – are found on the first floor. Both bedrooms are ensuite. The twin bedroom has a small private balcony, while the master bedroom has a big veranda with great sea view.
The villa is located in a peaceful area close to some of the most beautiful villages of Chania. The view is amazing and the sandy beach of Almyrida is less than 5km away.
The 2 villas, Enid Villa and Resi Villa, are attached to each other; however, the owner has managed to separate the outdoor areas in such a way to ensure the privacy of the tenants. At the same time, the door that separates the pool areas can open, transforming the 2 villas to a perfect solution for big groups.
Covid-19 policy update
On Monday 13/04/2020, Greek Government Gazette published a new regulation (ΦΕΚ 84/Α/13-4-2020, Article 70) to help Greek tourism businesses (hotels and travel agencies) to avoid bankruptcy, due to the unprecedented number of cancellations caused by the pandemic.
The regulation allows these businesses to reimburse customers with 18-month vouchers instead of cash refunds, if these businesses are obliged, based on their policy, to refund any amount that the customers have paid in advanced. The regulation is valid for cancellations made between 25/02/2020 to 30/09/2020.
Holidaymakers will not lose their money and will have the chance to use their booking towards another holiday at a future date with the same business. If, for any reason, customers will not use the voucher within 18 months, businesses will be required to refund the initial amount of the bookings to the customers.
