Is the kitchen fully equipped?

All properties have kitchens equipped with all the necessary cooking and dinning utensils. For more information you can check the facilities of each property.

Are there washer and dryer?

All our villas have washer, but you will not find a dryer. Don’t forget that the weather here is sunny and hot, so we air dry our laundry!

What happens if something breaks or get lost while we are staying in the villa?

On departure you should inform the owner of the damage or loss. He will arrange the repair and send the receipt to you for payment.

Are towels and linen provided at the accommodation?

All bedroom and bathroom linen are provided. You will also find beach towels to use around the pool. Cot linen is not always provided so you have to read the facilities of the property.

Are water and electricity included in the price?

The price includes water and electricity. There will not be any other charge.

Is there a discount for more than two week rentals?

There is a possibility of a discount if you rent the villa more than two weeks. The amount of the discount will be depended on how early you will make the reservation.

Will an iron and iron board be provided?

Yes, all villas provide iron and iron board.

When is the pool heating available?

Heated pools are only available when stated in the relevant villa description and heating is only in operation during the winter months - 1 Nov until 30 Apr. In certain cases a charge will be incurred for this facility which may be payable locally or on your booking invoice.

Are transfers provided?

Transfers are not included in the cost of our holidays.

Where will I collect the keys to my accommodation?

Most of the times the owner will be waiting for you at the villa to welcome you and give you the keys.

Can we occupy the accommodation before 3pm on the day of arrival?

The official time for entry into your accommodation is 15:00 local time. The cleaners have sole access to the accommodation until this time to prepare the villa for your arrival; therefore entry to the accommodation prior to this time will not be permitted.

Can we vacate the accommodation later than the confirmed time of 11am?

This is not possible as the accommodation must be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. However, if another group is not arriving the day you are leaving, you may be able to stay on later into the afternoon at no charge. In any case you are required to get prior permission from the owner to stay later than the published check-out time.

Can we check-in after 3pm?

Yes, but you have to inform us about your exact arrival time because someone will be waiting for you to hand you the keys.

What happens if we have a problem during our stay?

If there is any problem with the property call the owner or us. We can´t help fix a problem if we don´t know about it!

will be extra fees?

No. The price includes all the written on the site facilities, as the usage of air-condition and jacuzzi.

Are pets accepted?

Generally pets are not allowed. As the case may be, an exception can be done. But in any case you have to inform us first.

How many drivers per car are included in the rental cost?

The rental cost includes two drivers. All drivers have to produce a driving license.
