Maritina Villa is located in the village Xirokampi just 20km out of the city of Chania and 4km from the long pebbly beach of Maleme. It is a beautiful furnished traditional Cretan villa made of stone and wood, surrounded by olive trees. Xirokampi is a hill village and offers a breathtaking view of the north coast of Chania Prefecture.
The villa is 140 sq.m, built on a private property of 1000 sq.m. Spend your day swimming in the private pool, admiring the view of the glittering waters of the Cretan Sea, lolling back in the hammock or cooking at the barbecue or the traditional stone oven.
The house is built on two levels. At the ground level you will find a traditional decorated living room with a fireplace, a 6 seats dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the living room have French doors leading to the full of colorful flowers garden. The upper level comprises a bathroom and the master bedroom with a four-poster double bed and a private balcony with panoramic sea and mountain view. On this level you will also find a small veranda with wooden bench and table under the stone - built arch.

Booking Conditions
- 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The payment can be made either with credit card online through our site or by bank transfer.
- The balance must be paid either by bank transfer up to 20 days before check-in or in cash upon check-in; credit cards are not accepted.

- Payments are accepted only in euros.
- The above prices include all taxes and VAT, cleaning service and linens change twice per week and all the described facilities; there are no additional charges.
- Prices are final. There are no booking or service fees.

Cancellation Policy
- ● The total paid amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the start of the rental period
- ● 25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 60 and 89 days before the start of the rental period
- ● 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 79 days before the start of the rental period
- ● 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
- ● For no-show: 100% of total rental amount will be forfeited
Damages
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents. Guests are required to report any damage to the owner and to bear the cost of repair or replacement.

DeutschlandWir (2 Pärchen) waren Ende September/ Anfang Oktober für eine Woche in der Villa. Was soll ich sagen: Alles ein Traum! Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Begrüßung/ Zwischendurch-Betreuung)/ Verabschiedung durch Manos und seine Frau war total herzlich (danke nochmal für das leckere Olivenöl). Am schönsten ist die Lage: 4km von der Hauptstraße weg in die Berge hoch, mitten im Olivenhain mit einem gigantisch tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Dabei totale Stille (nebenan steht eine weitere Villa, die war aber zu dem Zeitpunkt leer…ansonsten gibt es keine weiteren Nachbarn). Man hört nur den Wind, die Vögel, ab und zu einen Hund und sonst nichts. Ach doch…früh einen Hahn…ganz unten im Dorf…haha ;-) Herrlich.
Mit viel Platz zum Essen, einem schönen Pool, einen Außengrill + Brotbackofen lässt es sich hier hervorragend aushalten, abschalten und entspannen.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen!

DeutschlandEine Woche in der Maritina Villa... viel zu kurz um alle wunderschönen Details in diesem tollen Haus zu "sichten". Von der herzlichen Begrüßung durch Manos bis hin zur einmaligen ruhigen Lage einfach alles wunderbar. Top ausgestattete Küche, großzügiger Garten, einmaliger Blick, jede Terrasse/jeder Balkon fantastisch, ein Paradies inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Wir haben uns in dieses Haus verliebt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

We had a lovely week at the Maritina Villa - the property is really spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The views are fabulous and there are so many different spots to sit in. Our baby enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We liked the location as it is really handy for Chania and we visited Elafonisi.
Manos was great and took time to show us around and gave us some recommendations for tavernas which we thoroughly enjoyed. The milk, fruit etc was very much appreciated and the olive oil was the best we tasted. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
